Directions For Use
Place a diffuser no closer than 6-8 ft from where you sleep.
Start by only filling your diffusers with distilled water. Tap water can lead to inhaling harsh chemicals that become airborne through the diffuser and attach to your lungs.
Once you added distilled water, place 4-6 drops (100-250 mL diffuser) of Respiratory Remedy and run continuously.
If you sense breathing problem symptoms, use 12-15 drops for 28-40 hours to feel better.
