Returns/Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items must be returned within 10 days of purchase with receipt. Returns are for store credit only.
Please note that sale items cannot be returned.
How to Return a Product
Contact us by e-mail, customerservice@sherray.com, to obtain a return authorization number. Then, ship the product to the appropriate return address listed below:Sher Ray Organic Cosmetics

Items must be returned to Sher Ray Organic Cosmetics within 10 days of receipt of the return authorization number.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the product is received and processed, and your gift certificate will be issued by email. Refunds are not eligible for items arriving without return authorization numbers.
Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.
Return Exceptions
The following items are exceptions to the return policy. Unless the result of damage during shipping or manufacturer defect, these items cannot be returned under any circumstances. In the case of manufacturer defect or damage during shipping, the client is required to contact Sher Ray Organic Cosmetics within 5 days of receipt.
- Sale, short dated or discontinued items
- All starter, travel, or introductory kits
- Soap
